Technical support & RPEQ engineering
Architecture, chemistry, pumping and maintenance support from an in-house team that includes RPEQ capability. One group looks at the whole system rather than handing you between suppliers.

Who this is for
Design consultants, asset engineers and maintenance managers
Your operating priority
Resolve gaps between process design, installed equipment and day-to-day operating performance.
Before you specify or buy
Bring drawings, operating data and known faults. Agree the engineering review, maintenance responsibilities and any RPEQ certification scope before work starts.
What is covered
- Process architecture: where chemical enters, how it mixes, how it is controlled.
- Chemistry selection, jar testing and testing programmes.
- Pumping, calibration, recovery and maintenance of dosing equipment.
- In-house RPEQ support for certification and optimisation.
What we will ask you
- What the system is meant to achieve
- What is currently installed
- Who operates and maintains it
- Where performance is falling short
This page is information only. Pricing, availability and specifications are provided through an enquiry.
Straight answers
Frequently asked questions
- Can a design consultant obtain RPEQ support for a treatment or dosing system?
- Critical Elixirs can scope in-house RPEQ support for treatment and dosing work. Provide drawings, design assumptions, approval conditions and operating data. Agree the review and any certification deliverables explicitly; engineering support does not automatically certify every component or replace the project designer’s responsibilities.
Field equipment and testing
Real sampling, measurement and dosing equipment. Individual photos are not a controlled performance comparison; interpretation requires the sampling context, method and calibration records.

pH and oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) measurements help interpret water conditions alongside sampling and calibration records.
Sampling at an access opening. Inspection and trace-testing scope must include safe access and agreed sample locations.
A field dosing installation. Equipment configuration and operating settings are confirmed against the duty.
